As part of personal develoment, we are encouraged to evaluate our inner circle. This is not something we were taught as a child. As you begin to evaluate your inner circle, consider this idea. You need to surround yourself by people who support, encourage, and positively impact your life. Allowing toxicity within your cicrle can drain you. Take a moment to assess the qualities, values, and behaviors of the individuals close to you. You deserve aConsider these items:

  2. Assess trustworthiness of the relationship or worry of betrayal?
  3. Supportive of each other or is it one sided?
  4. Motive you to grow and improve or lead you astray?
  5. Good communication styles?
  6. Mutual respect that is reciprocated?
  7. Healthy boundaries without toxicity?
  8. Loyal to each other even during disagreements?
  9. Energy level is exhausting or uplifting?
  10. Healthy relationship or toxic?
